In April 2007 Truffles’ wine list was recognized as the Best Wine List in America, International Division in the 17th Annual Restaurant Hospitality Wine List Competition. John has been instrumental in Truffles’ recognition by Wine Spectator Magazine with four consecutive Best of Award of Excellence awards and has multiple Awards of Unique Distinction from Wine Enthusiast Magazine.
As one would expect from one of the best lists in America, Truffles’ wine list features over 960 outstanding wines, yet it is amazingly easy to read, especially noteworthy given its breadth and depth. “We have a wine to please every palate and pocketbook,” says Cain.
